All of our trainings are private to ensure confidentiality and promote interaction and open communication between participants. Trainings range from one-on-one sessions to groups of 12.
| Examples: | Many clients provide trainings to international staff when they arrive in China, typically our "Living & Working in China" course. Since expatriates arrive at different times, this is often a small group of the employee and their spouse, or one-on-one for single employees. Group business trainings provided to foreign staff regardless of their length of stay in China, be it 2 days or 6 years. These sessions usually have between 4-10 participants to ensure a highly interactive and environment. Group trainings provided to Chinese staff, often grouped by function, team, department or role. These courses are usually between 4-12 participants and conducted in English/Mandarin as required. |
