Introduction The actions, thought processes, communication style & culture of foreigners can be confusing, frustrating & difficult for Chinese staff.

Working in a less vertical management structure, being given autonomy & authority at lower levels and expected to handle more responsibility, being asked direct questions, open displays of appreciation and dissatisfaction can be unsettling and hinder the work process. This course helps to explain what foreigners do and expect and why.
